The Carpet Maker has been working in carpet manufacturing for 30 years.  We are experts, and we are ready to advise you to the best of our ability.

Just send us your technical specifications, the colors, materials, sizes, shapes and designs of any rugs you have in your imagination.  We will study your information and return with our recommendations.

After we have all the details of your expectations, we will send you our proposal with a hand trial. This is a preliminary sample with the basic design. You will be able to confirm your choice of materials and color shades. Then you can decide on the final design and the production process you would like to use in the manufacture of your rug (hand tufting, hand weaving, or machine tufting). If you are not completely satisfied with our proposal, we are always ready to provide alternatives.

After establishing the main designs of your choice, we will create a variety of computer-simulated artwork options. You are invited to select the ones you like the most so we can create samples to send to you.

This is where we manufacture the cutting samples. These samples are not full-size carpets.  They are a piece of the carpet which includes a part of the main design to give you a clear picture of the final carpet’s design and texture.

In case the cutting samples don’t meet your expectations, or if you require any modifications, we will make as many new samples as necessary to ensure your satisfaction. We don’t feel successful until we have done everything in our power to guarantee your pride in your new carpet. At The Carpet Maker we measure our success by our customer’s delight.

In this step you will finally decide which of the samples will become a real carpet to add to your collection. This is the final decision before we start manufacturing your finished product.

The next stage of the process after you approve every sample will be to create a mock-up rug, also called a prototype, which is a full-size product with the complete design. Later, these are used mostly to take pictures for your collection catalog and to present at fairs. We will also send you lots of samples to launch your marketing campaign.

For the delivery of your products we usually work with FOB (Free On Board) Bangkok because our main customers are large companies which already have their own logistics systems.  However, it is also possible for you to use our logistics facilities to organize the delivery of your new carpet collection. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the display rugs and samples in a timely manner. And with superb quality, of course.
